[Hell on Planet X part 1]

half way working

graphics are ok but you need to put more time in on the sound. all of the sound bytes over-lapped and made the scene with tom, the fat commander guy, more comedic then you intended. for the second one you are planning on making, go over the sound multiple times and make sure they don't overlap.

also, and this is my own preference, if you tone down the detail of your characters you can concentrate on on making the animation move smoothly.

the timing

the timing was a little off. some of the scenes lasted too long, like the man running scene. i really didn't see the ending coming and laughed thouroughly. it was good.

different

it reminded me of a 3d animation short called kiwi. somtimes the sound is on time and other times it isn't(i 've watched it multiple times) did you compact while saving?

i like it

but im skeptic that this is truely your first animation. maybe your first full animation but not first animation. there is some complicated tweens and actions for a first animation.

No no this is really my first animation! and where I live nobody know how to turn on a PC... -_-
But I worked with Flash before for a school project, that isn't an animatione, but a kind of "power point" work (text & images), and so I started to use flash and lern the bases.
Then I start to do "experement" with it, infact my "really" first animation is the intro (with all that stuff), end then the Culex, but the same Culex is an "experimant", infact, you can notice that the animation is a little better after every scene.
